I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER. HOW DO I PROCEED?
On our website, www.zeaetsia.com, you can find our entire collection. Select your favourite piece of jewellery and enter your personal size, material etc. in the options menu. During the payment process you can fill in all your personal details, including your address. Each piece is sent with a tracking number. Payment can be done through Paypal or credit card and/or cash on delivery. After receipt of your payment, we will start processing your order, which you can expect to receive within 2-3 working days in Romania, 2-7 working days in Europe. Delivery outside of Europe will usually take up to two weeks, depending on the country of destination.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns policy.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
When you choose to pay by WIRE transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
If you have paid by Paypal, then usually payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order once all details have been approved. When your payment is cash on delivery (only for Romania) you will pay when receiving your package and if you choose to pay by bank transfer/Paypal, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.

WHICH MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
The materials we use are high quality 14k gold. For some models of bracelets we attach the charm to a string which is in different colours.

DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES?
Bracelets can be made in adult or child (up to 10 years old) size, you can choose your size in the options menu. The adjustable knot will ensure it fits on every wrist. The children bracelets are available in 1 size. The bracelets with a chain in 14K gold come in the following sizes: 16-18cm or 14-16cm (children). Necklaces are available in a shorter (40, 45 and 50cm) or longer (60, 70 and 80cm) version. For a child we would suggest the smaller size necklace. For little girls we highly recommend the earrings with the hoop. The studs may hurt the baby since they do not have a screw clasp.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR LARGER ORDERS?

CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, OR ABROAD?
Yes we can. Please enter the correct delivery address when asked in the payment process. Each piece is sent with a tracking number. Your total shipping cost will be calculated during the payment process.

MY JEWELLERY IS GETTING SCRATCHED. CAN I REPLACE IT? CAN I POLISH IT? HOW DOES IT COST ME? HOW QUICKLY CAN I TAKE IT BACK?
We repair items made only by Zea et Sia. Please sent your item to the Zea et Sia address (102-104 Mihai Eminescu Street, floor 5, ap 5, postal code 020082, Bucharest, Romania) and we’ll provide you with all the necessary information about polish. You can exchange the product if proven the scratch was factory induced. Otherwise, we do not accept to exchange products that were delivered in perfect conditions. Polish treatment is available for a certain fee (please call +0743204310 to find out the exact fee). The product sent into service will be ready between 15 and 20 working days.

DOES ZEA ET SIA OFFER ENGRAVING SERVICES?
Machine engraving is available for merchandise with sufficient space for engraving (e.g. wedding band rings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) Charges will not apply. Please contact us for details: 0743204310 or consult our General Terms and Conditions.

HOW DO I CARE MY GOLD JEWELLERY?
Between professional servicing, most gold jewellery can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewellery regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joining are secure. Avoid exposing gold jewellery to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolour and possibly disintegrate.

ARE THE DRAWINGS/PICTURES TO SCALE?
No. We do our best to give the best representation of the real size of the item as we can, but it is not necessarily to scale. Each item’s exact measurements are part of its description. ITEM AVAILABILITY?
Because almost every piece of jewellery is custom made, we need time to make it perfect to your specifications. Should you need it by a specific date and time please kindly contact us at sales@zeaetsia.com/0743204310. We will do our very best to make it in time for you. Additional fees may apply.
If the jewellery you choose is not currently available in stock, it can be pre-ordered and ready for delivery within 20 working days. To complete the order, you will have to pay an advance of 50%.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?
Our jewellery does not come in different sizes except for rings. We offer the following European sizes: 44/45/46/47/48/49/50/51/52/53/54/55/56/57/58/59/60. Should you need a ring in a different size please kindly contact us at sales@zeaetsia.com/ 0743204310.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including personalisation changes or cancellation. So please be extra careful and double check your order during the review stage right before you place it.

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?
We will repair any item purchased through zeaetsia.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair are unavailable. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
Please follow the simple steps below in order to get your Zea et Sia piece repaired: Please email us at contact@zeaetsia.com in order to get a Return Authorisation number. Pack your item carefully and include a copy of your original invoice. Also include the email giving you the Return Authorisation number. No repair will be processed without a Return Authorisation number. Mark the Return Authorisation number on the outside of the package and ship the package to:

Zea et Sia is not responsible for the cost of shipping items for repair nor is it responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A REPAIR? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Repairs are processed within 4 weeks from the date when they are received. All repairs must be shipped with the original receipt of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to be shipping the piece back to Zea et Sia at its own cost. Zea et Sia will ship the repair back to you at its own cost.
Repairs for items LESS THAN A YEAR OLD are free of charge provided no part is missing. Repairs for any other items are subject to a fee. After analysing the necessary repairement treatment and working hours, we will inform you via telephone or email, the cost estimate. Should the piece be missing a part repair cost will be on a case by case basis depending on the replacement cost of the missing part.
Repairs sent without the original receipt will be automatically subject to a EUR 30 fee.
