The shipping usually takes between 2 to 3 working days for Romania, 2 to 7 working days for Europe, and up to 14 working days in the rest of the World, depending on the country. The package will be brought to your door. Only in case the courier doesn’t find you at the address indicated, you will receive a notification, and you will have to pick up the package from the Post Office.

Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including a tracking number for your order. All international orders can be tracked online using the tracking number. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot redirect orders once it has been picked up from Zea et Sia headquarters. All Zea et Sia products shipped internationally are 100% insured.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS AND RETURNS
In case of a return, the transport cost is borne by the customer. We accept the exchange of products without impediments within 14 working days from the receipt of the package at Zea et Sia headquarters. If you want to return something please send us an email with the reason for your return and your order number.
We accept returns if they have not been worn yet, the product does not show signs of use and is returned in the same conditions as at the time of sale and are not personalised with engraving. Please ensure that your order is returned within 14 working days of receipt. When we receive your return it will take 14 working days for your refund. You will receive your refund in the same way that you have paid.
Book a courier at your choice to pick up the package and have your items sent back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense.
Send your purchase back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination will not be accepted.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused with all tags attached in their original box – in perfect condition – which is considered to be a part of the product.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. A refund or credit note, less shipping costs, will be issued. If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size or model, contact our client service team by emailing email@example.com and pay for a new shipping.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused and lead to the closure of your Zea et Sia account.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the goods have been signed for.
Custom or engraved products cannot be reurned/modified or exchanged and are subjesct to payment in advance. Customs may cancel an already made order only before it has been processed within 24 hours of its placement on our website or by telephone.
We can only exchange a piece of jewellery with another product with the same or higher value. The re-delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we have to make it by special order. If you want to exchange one product with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer's account until the product is available for purchase. If the new desired product is more expensive than the returned one, you will have to pay the difference.
If the customer requests a return, the product can be returned only in the same way in which it was purchased ie., by express courier.
